1. About Our Products

Q: What kinds of products do you offer?
We offer three main categories:

  • Limited-editions of toxins and microplastic-free physical goods made from pure natural materials (cotton, linen, hemp, silk, wool, ceramic, glass, wood, stainless steel etc).

  • Downloadable digital products: patterns, presentation slides, high-resolution illustrations.

  • Carefully curated affiliate products in health, beauty, and wellness.

Q: What does “limited-editions” mean?
Only 50 pieces per design, each with its own uplifting story and custom illustration. Once gone, they’re gone.

2. Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?

Simply choose what speaks to you and follow the checkout flow—it’s smooth sailing from there.

Since all physical items are made to order, be sure to double-check size charts and product details before confirming. Thoughtful choices make for happier unboxings!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Q: Where do you ship?
Worldwide by tracked. Every piece is crafted just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days

for production before dispatch.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 3-8 business days

  • Rest of World: 7 - 20 business days
    (Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.)

Q: How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your courier and tracking link.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
No. Once production has started, address changes cannot be made.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes in the US or internationally.

Q: Are customs duties or import taxes included?
No. Any duties or taxes levied by your country are your responsibility.

Q: Which couriers do you use?
Depending on the destination and package size, we use DPD, Hermes, Evri, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL or equivalent carriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Q: What if there’s adverse weather or courier strikes?
Delays can occur. We monitor conditions, switch carriers if needed, and keep you updated.

4. Digital Downloads

Q: How do I receive my digital products?
After purchase you’ll get:

  • An email with a download link

  • A link in your account dashboard

Q: What file formats?

  • Patterns & slides: PDF or PNG

  • Illustrations: JPG, PNG or layered PSD

Q: Can I get a refund on digital products?
No. Digital downloads are non-refundable once the files are accessed.

Q: What usage rights do I have?
Licensing varies by product—always check the included license.

Many are for personal or limited commercial use.

5. Affiliate Products

Q: What are affiliate products?
We recommend health & beauty items from trusted brands. When you purchase through our links, we provide you discounts, and we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Q: Who ships and handles returns for affiliate products?
These are fulfilled directly by the brand or retailer. Please refer to their shipping,

return and customer-service policies.
