6. Orders, Pricing & Payment

7. Production & Shipping

  1. Production Time: 2 -5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times:

    Orders to the UK typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

    For EU destinations, expect delivery in about 3 to 7 business days.

    Shipments to the USA usually take 3 to 8 business days.

    For the rest of the world, delivery can range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on location and customs.

  3. Tracking: You’ll receive a courier name and tracking link by email once your order ships.

  4. Address Changes: Cannot be made after production begins.

  5. PO Boxes: Delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not available.

  6. Customs & Duties: International duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility.

  7. Delays: Adverse weather, strikes, or global events may delay delivery; we’ll notify you if this occurs.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Physical Products

  • Cancellation Window: Up to 1 hour after purchase.

  • Returns: Only for damaged or defective items. Must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Process: Email design9zen@gmail.com with order number, photos, and description. We’ll issue a returns label and instructions.

8.2 Digital Products

  • Non-refundable once download link is accessed.

8.3 Affiliate Products

  • Governed by the merchant’s return and refund policies.

9. Intellectual Property
